Focus: Venting, purging emotion, naming frustration

Vibe: A cathartic exhale. Drama. Humor. Emotional detox.

🌊 WEEK 2: “Come Back to Yourself” – The Nervous System Spa


Theme: Soothing + Rest

Focus: Quieting the body, nervous system reset, listening inward


Key Activities:


  1. Grounding meditation + body scan


  1. Bubble breathing


  1. Coloring/origami/frisbee stations


  1. Lay in the sun


  1. Journaling prompt


  1. Share and Listen



Vibe: Whisper-level chill. Soft edges. Moss energy.

🌈 WEEK 3: “Reclaim Joy” – Inner Child Picnic


Theme: Play + Permission

Focus: Silly fun, embodied joy, creative spark
