Questions and Concerns

What is epiphany coaching, and how is it different?

Epiphany coaching is about gaining understanding through personal insight. It is different from typical life coaching because it empowers the client to take action on their own ideas, as opposed to ones suggested by the coach. The coach is seen as an equal, rather than a superior to be submitted to. I believe that I am not the authority on how you should live your —YOU are.

Do you give any advice at all?

Yes, if it is something that will continue along with your current train of thought. The purpose of epiphany coaching is to enable the person to discover solutions that make sense to them. Bombarding a client with personal life experiences through stories, lectures, and advice is exhausting, and honestly won't work for the majority of clients. Especially if they think differently or value different things. Epiphany coaching focuses on the client's reality, not the coach's.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No, life coaching is in no way a replacement for therapy. Think of life coaching more as a supplement to therapy, like taking a vitamin. If I notice an issue is particularly difficult for you, I might suggest you see a therapist. I might even recommend one. I am not capable of diagnosing anybody, but I can usually identify if something appears to be outside of my qualifications.

What promises do you offer?

I actually don't promise anything, because I am not living your life. You are responsible for your results. The purpose of life coaching is to encourage you to take charge of your life and discover your untapped potential. The purpose of epiphany coaching is to dig deep into the who, what, when, where, why, and how. I am not a facilitator. I am an intra/extro-spection tool.

What if I make a purchase and immediately regret it?

I am willing to give refunds after the first scheduled session has taken place. If you are still unhappy with your purchase after experiencing the effects of epiphany coaching, I will refund your card in full.

I am interested in epiphany coaching, but I have cold feet.

If you are interested in epiphany coaching, but are apprehensive about the investment, simply schedule 2 gift sessions here. Experience the phenomenon of epiphany coaching at no cost, that way you can make an informed decision.

I desperately want to be life coached, but I cannot afford the cost.

Being involved with a life coach can be expensive, but it is because it is an investment, not just a purchase. People who invest money in something are more likely to take their commitment more seriously, because their time and money become significantly more valuable. This policy not only safeguards you from making a half-hearted commitment, but it also preserves my time as well.

Periodically, I will run sales on the website. Subscribe to the newsletter to catch the best deals. If you do decide to invest in the coaching, you can also save money by sending referrals.

How do referrals work?

If you refer a customer and they purchase any package, you will receive a rebate in the mail as a thank you. There is no limit on the number of referral bonuses you can receive.

How do cancellations work?

If you are unavailable for an appointment on a scheduled day, you may cancel up to 24 hours prior without any penalty. However, if you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee will take place. If cancellation or no-showing occurs 3 consecutive times, I reserve the right to terminate service without a refund.

What if I am experiencing an emergency, like a death in the family?

I am always open to negotiating, so long as there is communication. If something traumatic occurs, either contact me, or ask a loved one to contact me on your behalf, and we can arrange to postpone your service for a few months, with absolutely no penalty.

Can I bring a friend?

It is preferred that sessions take place one-on-one. If your friend is interested in epiphany coaching, refer them and I will offer them the gift of 2 sessions to experience it themselves.

What if I am dissatisfied with my service?

This is a conditional situation. If a person has received serviced 2 gift sessions and one month of paid service, and are dissatisfied with their service, they can request a refund. They will be charged for the singular month. If they receive service past that point, then they are no longer entitled to a refund, and their service can be terminated. They do, however, have the option of gifting their package to someone else to finish the term, so that it does not go to waste.
